Villa Oikia is located at Fanari area. This is a luxurious villa, part of a glorious complex of Villas and Guest Houses. The villa is located at the mid-level of the complex, offering unique sea views and sunset. On the outside, the guests will find an outdoor lounge, dining room, swimming pool and sun loungers. Inside, the villa features a spacious lounge with a large dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Oikia can accommodate 14 guests in its four bedrooms and three guest houses. There are two master bedrooms with double beds (160cm*200cm) and two master bedrooms with two single beds (100cm*200cm) each. The three independent guest houses feature one double bed each (160cm*200cm) each. Two of them are located at the lower level of the complex which are connected with the outdoor area of the Villa through a traditional stone staircase. The third guest house is next to the Villa and has a separate entrance.
