Villa Athina, located in Agia Sofia area, is in a true Luxury Concept of Exclusive Residences is a venue fitted to all, families, friends, couples, small groups! They can be rented out individually or in combination of two, three or all four together. The Villas complex was built and opened its doors in 2017 and consists of 4 beautiful residences that combine state-of-the-art amenities with a spectacular architecture based on materials of exquisite quality. Each villa bears its own magic touch, yet all four share the same ambiance of unpretentious luxury, minimalist elegance and breathtaking views of the infinite Aegean Sea. All our guests really appreciate it. The enclosed complex is accessed via a remote-controlled gate and there is a reception area, which is manned by our villa manager during the day. All four villas have individually controlled security alarm system. Time for a last swim in the pool, gazing at the sea just as the sun dives into the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. You tap the remote control to change the music theme and enjoy a glass of wine before indulging yourself in a luxury foam bath in your ensuite bathroom. The fire is almost ready for the outdoor BBQ party and you are looking forward to welcoming your guests. Staying in the 155 m² Villa Athina in Mykonos is an Oscar- winning experience for those who compromise with nothing but the absolute best. Its amenities include 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a playroom and a single bedroom on the ground floor, a living area with a
fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet on the entrance level, and a master bedroom with bathroom and cloakroom on the top floor. The accommodation is complemented with a separate Guest house comprising of a sleeping/lounge area and ensuite bathroom. The newly built and fully equipped state-of-the-art private gym is the new highlight. On the outside, the large private infinity pool overviews the ever-changing colors of the sea – from the furious sharp blue created by the strength of the wind to the mild golden shades of sunset. Outdoor amenities also include a BBQ, a shower, plus spacious dining and lounge areas. The Villa features private parking spaces and can host 9 guests.
